Exhibition Joan Brossa in Shanghái – 31 JANUARY 2018
The Miguel Marcos Gallery together with the Spanish Embassy in the R.P.China and the General Consulate of Spain in Shanghái inaugurate the exhibition Joan Brossa in Shanghái, which will take place in the Miguel De Cervantes Library in Shanghái from January to March, 2018.
The exhibition gathers an important representation of posters, author’s books and visual poems of the artist, distinctive works of the plastic universe of Brossa loaded with irony, magic and capacity of astonishment, fundamental elements in the art of the most important Catalan avant-garde poet of the second half of the twentieth century. Translating poetic thought beyond its usual boundaries, it proposes opening the senses to the viewer to go beyond the obvious reality.
